RAINBOW CONNECTIONS

a one day workshop available in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, New Mexico

This workshop is for LGBTQ+ people who want to learn in an environment that normalizes and celebrates our very human need to be connected and to belong. Together we will gain understanding of our own attachment styles, identify relational needs, longings and worries, explore ways to create a more secure sense of ourselves, and learn self-soothing techniques to use when experiencing distress.

Attachment plays a crucial role in shaping the dynamics of relationships. It involves the deep emotional bond and connection between individuals, influencing how we communicate, trust, and support each other, and whether we can feel safe and calm when connected to others. By recognizing and nurturing healthy attachment patterns, we can enrich our relationships and cultivate long-lasting bonds based on mutual respect and understanding.

This workshop honors varying relationship structures, including queer, straight, monogamous and non-monogamous. This workshop is offered to people of all sexual and gender identities and expressions who are comfortable in a space that centers the experience of LGBTQ+ folks.
